red sun
The red sun appears in many of my earlier works.
It embodies my connection to warm light—
to moments such as sunrise and sunset.
At the same time, it carries the deeper inspiration
that Japanese culture has given me.

uncertain outlook for the future
These four works form a series.
With each step, the view zooms deeper into the image,
uncovering a new layer.
The final vision felt personally unsettling to me.
